Our list of favourite things has an international flavour this week, featuring tshirts, tote bags and fine art from all over the globe.
This week we came across Sans Form, an fantastic fashion label that was set up last year by husband and wife team Andrea and Cristina. The pair have curated a contemporary collection of t shirts, sweatshirts, hats and accessories, all adorned with beautifully simple yet bold designs. Check out their Instagram page for more inspiration.
Argentinian-born artist Felipe Pantone first made a name for himself on the streets of Valencia, where his unique brand of avant garde graffiti caught the attention of the world-famous DOCS and European Ultra Boyz crews. He continues to work with spray paint, as well as other materials, to create large scale installations both inside and outside. But it’s his digital compositions recently caught our eye. We especially like the above t shirt design, which was created by Felipe for Nike.
Finally, we’ve been really impressed by Singapore-based design practice Anonymous’ branding for their recent A Design Film Festival. Taking the tagline “on a scale of Art to Design” as a starting point, the multidisciplinary studio produced a strong identity consisting of geometric shapes and lines of varying widths and sizes. This motif appeared throughout the festival branding, appearing on tickets, posters, programmes and tote bags.
